The Yankees lineup for the most part has started to come alive, but Aaron Judge has been in a terrible slump so is it time to worry?
The Yankees offense has finally come alive since they beat the breaks off of the Tigers, and took 2/3 from Houston. Giancarlo Stanton has been hitting like the MVP we know he is and other players like Gleyber Torres and DJ Lemahieu have started to find their stroke.
There is one player that has done the opposite since the team has started hitting and that is Aaron Judge. Judge has been awful lately and it is hard not to question if he is healthy. On Wednesday against Houston, Judge went 0-5 with 5 Strikeouts. He looked completely overmatched.
It was announced today that Judge is still dealing with “soreness” and that he will be getting the day off. At this point, it may be time to start thinking that Judge is hurt as before he had the soreness he was hitting like the MVP we know he is and after he has really started slumping.
The Yankees need Judge to figure it out or else the offense will fall into a slump as a whole again
